The principal of the SSST Gymnasium has been elected as the chair of the Council of High School Principals of Sarajevo Canton. In the last week's session of the Council assembly, the majority of 39 school representatives voted for Mr. Alić to chair the council. Last weekend we received good news from Posušje: second-grade student Kan Bizović won 2nd place at Fourth BH Junior Golf Championship. Kan was competing against 9 other players. He also won 1st place in a two-day junior tournament First Junior Open held at VF golf court in Sarajevo this summer. Representatives of GSSST Chess Club participated in the Individual Chess Competition for Students of Primary Schools and High Schools of Sarajevo Canton held last Saturday at the First Bosniak Gymnasium. We are proud of our fourth-grade student Kerim Šabić for winning second place, which earned him a medal and a book.
