Our continuing tradition of giving and social responsibility

This December, GSSST students and staff continue the tradition of giving and helping those in need. History teacher Arijana Ibričić and school counselor Enisa Ćehajić are organizing a school-wide campaign to make personalized New Year's gifts for students of a  primary school in Bosnian-Podrinje Canton. International Day of Persons with Disabilities

GSSST principal Senad Alić elected as the new chair of the Council of High School Principals of Sarajevo Canton

GSSST Student Kan Bizović wins second place at BH Junior Golf Championship

Last weekend we received good news from Posušje: second-grade student Kan Bizović won 2nd place at Fourth BH Junior Golf Championship. Kan was competing against 9 other players. He also won 1st place in a two-day junior tournament First Junior Open held at VF golf court in Sarajevo this summer.  We are confident in Kan's future performance and wish him all the best in his future endeavors.  MORE

Individual Chess Competition for Students of Primary Schools and High Schools of Sarajevo Canton: GSSST Student Kerim Šabić wins second place!

Representatives of GSSST Chess Club participated in the Individual Chess Competition for Students of Primary Schools and High Schools of Sarajevo Canton held last Saturday at the First Bosniak Gymnasium. We are proud of our fourth-grade student Kerim Šabić for winning second place, which earned him a medal and a book.  Our other competitors (Harun Delibašić, Rijad Dizdar, Timur Kadribašić, Noa Tahirovića and Emir Delić) also performed well and we wish them all the best of luck in the group...
